The RBS has been calculated using DeNovo DNA Software. Sequence has been designing including the resulting MoClo Overhangs after level 1 assembly. In accordance with the design of Marburg Collection https://2018.igem.org/Team:Marburg/Part_Collection, the bases TACTAGAG in the 5’ end, and the bases TAATCAATG are part of the RBS sequence.
